      *  General Comments: Cup is clean and transparent for wet-hull, complex, balanced and   

          sweet - molasses and honey, red apple acidity - medium intensity, creamy full bodied,   

          chocolate, herbs, hint of cherry, finish is sumatran like with cocoa bitterness

      *  Aroma Comments: Sweet, dark chocolate, spice, soft apple and savoury
